Nineteen’s Story

About Nineteen Coffee

Hi, I’m Erin—mom of three boys, wife, and the proud owner of Nineteen Coffee. Like so many parents and hardworking folks, I know the hustle—and I also know how important it is to pause, recharge, and enjoy a great cup of coffee. That’s exactly why I started Nineteen Coffee: to create a welcoming space (whether mobile or in-store) where busy families and on-the-go people can slow down, connect, and feel at home.

The name Nineteen is deeply personal. My husband wore #19 throughout middle and high school in all three of his sports—lacrosse, wrestling, and football. Now, our three boys carry on that same number in those same sports. To us, Nineteenrepresents more than just a number—it’s family, legacy, and the drive to keep showing up.

Our journey started almost two years ago with a simple coffee cart, popping up at other small businesses around town. Soon after, we took a leap and purchased a coffee trailer from a friend (a popular local barista), and that move changed everything. Suddenly, we were booked out with our school district, fueling Friday night football games and community events. From there, our love for connecting with people only grew—whether serving weddings, showers, movie productions, or even the Buffalo Bisons through MLB.

On May 1st, we opened our very first café inside the McKinley Mall. (Yes—we know it’s been a while since most people have strolled a mall, but for us, it was the perfect first step to learn the ropes of a permanent space and share breakfast, lunch, and coffee with our community.) Every week since, we’ve seen growth—both in numbers and in the relationships we’re building. We now have an amazing team of three part-time employees and regulars who we don’t just know by their coffee orders, but by their stories.

Our business has grown through social media (even if it takes me 15 tries to film a TikTok 😂), word of mouth, and our trailer—which doubles as a traveling billboard, wrapped in our logo and info.

Nineteen Coffee has been built on family, community, and connection—and we can’t wait to keep growing. Whether you stop by our Hamburg café, book us for your next event, or grab a latte from the trailer, we’re here to fuel your day and share in those small but meaningful moments.

Thanks for being part of our story—I truly love what I do.
