About Nineteen Coffee

Hi, we’re Erin and Josh—husband and wife, parents of three boys, and the proud owners of Nineteen Coffee. Like so many families and hardworking people, we understand the hustle—and how important it is to pause, recharge, and enjoy a really great cup of coffee. That’s why we created Nineteen Coffee: to build a space—whether mobile or in-store—where people can slow down, connect, and feel at home.

The name Nineteen is deeply personal to us. Josh wore #19 throughout middle and high school across his sports. Today, our three boys carry on that same number in those same sports. To our family, Nineteen represents legacy, connection, and the drive to keep showing up every day.

Our journey began just under two years ago with a simple coffee cart, popping up at local small businesses. Not long after, we took a leap and purchased a coffee trailer from a friend—a well-known local barista—and everything changed. We quickly became a staple in our school district, serving Saturday Lancaster Youth football games and community events. From there, our reach expanded into weddings, showers, corporate events, sports events, movie productions, and even events with the Buffalo Bisons and Sabres.

On May 1st, we opened our first cafe inside the McKinley Mall. While it may not be the most traditional location, it gave us the opportunity to learn, grow, and introduce our menu of breakfast, lunch, and specialty drinks to the community.

Now, we’re excited for our next chapter. This June, we’ll be transitioning out of the mall and into our very own brick-and-mortar location in Hamburg, NY at 4492 Riley Blvd. This new space marks a huge milestone for our family, and we’re excited to bring our vision to life in a place we can truly call home.

Since day one, our growth has been fueled by word of mouth, social media, and our mobile trailer—serving as both our cafe on wheels and our traveling billboard.

At its core, Nineteen Coffee is built on family, community, and connection. Whether you visit us at our Hamburg location or invite us to be part of your next event, we’re here to fuel your day and be part of life’s meaningful moments.
